The basic objective of the submitted DPR III is to fulfil Act No. 211/2009 Coll. and implement the requirements of the Reform of the System of Research, Development and Innovation in the area of healthcare, and to improve the efficiency of using public funds in applied research. Research results would be practically applied to healthcare needs in the areas of disease diagnostics, therapy, and prevention, and in the area of healthcare systems, development of information systems, and treatment to ensure internationally comparable research results.
