MIMSA is the official association for international medical students studying at Masaryk University.
Masaryk International Medical Students Association (MIMSA)

The purpose of MIMSA is to create a bridge between the students and the Faculty’s Administrative Board, Spolek Mediků Brno, the ISC (International Students Club) IFMSA (International Federation of Medical Students Association) and other local and international organizations, to help the medical students of the English program adapt to a new country.

MIMSA’s, as a student organization within the confines of a university, primary role is to serve the students in an

educational role.
We have created study guides and study groups to help students understand what is required from them by the

professors and assist them with passing of the yearly examinations.

As in other students associations, the social component is very important for the students.

In order to maintain a tight community regular events are created, either of recreational, cultural and sporting nature.
MIMSA, nowadays, represents 372 students and with associated links with other organizations has hundreds of associated students outside of MIMSA.
