Grab your gloves – Anatomy Sessions are BACK!
MIMSA is once again running Anatomy Sessions in cooperation with the Department of Anatomy.
Anatomy sessions was an initiative started in 2009 with the purpose of assisting students in the study of Anatomy, possibly the most challenging course of the first two years of Masaryk University. The sessions are held by the Education Dept of MIMSA with the support of the Anatomy Dept. and are “taught” by upper year students of Masaryk University who give up their time to help first years with Anatomy. As such we ask that students DO NOT come unprepared and please look at the below schedule of what is being covered when.
Students, who are struggling to get to grips with the size of Anatomy, please don’t fear you are not the only one, and we are more than happy to assist you in how to learn anatomy so as to succeed in the tests during this semester. We look forward to seeing you all in the Anatomy Dept. Red floor on Wednesday 16:00 – 18:00
If you should have any questions please contact either of the Education Dept by their e-mails or anyone else on the MIMSA Board-
We look forward to seeing you all there.
Regards
Team MIMSA

What are Anatomy Sessions?
Anatomy Sessions have been running for the past two years now. They are held and taught by students from the older years, who feel confident enough to teach anatomy. We follow the syllabus from lessons, making sure to stress the important parts of each topic.
Until now, Anatomy Sessions, was aimed at first year students, in the 2nd semester. From this September, we hope to include students from all 3 semesters of anatomy teaching, therefore covering the whole of the human anatomy – bones, muscles, internal organs and neuroanatomy.
Topics for the first years (bones and muscles):
Topic for the second years (Neuroanatomy):
