In the 5th year, every student must choose an elective course from a choice of 5 topics. You will obtain credits for this course. To see the choice of the elective courses, you can download the Faculty Calendar. Use the course code to search for the courses on the IS system.

To search on the IS:
- Copy the course code from the Faculty Calendar
- Log into the IS system
- Click on “Courses” in the left hand column
- Under Browse, click on “Browse Catalogue”
- Paste the course code into the search box and search
To see more information on that course, make sure you have checked the box and then click on “Show more information on the selected courses”.
You must register yourself into one of these courses, by the end of JULY!
To register:
- Log into the IS system
- Click on “Student” then on “Register for or enroll in a course” (MAKE SURE YOU ARE IN THE CORRECT SEMESTER!!)
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and then click on “Add courses by entering their codes” and enter the course code and finally click on “Save changes”.
