Election Simulation

A SIMULATION of the e-vote for the presidential elections of MIMSA is now available.

The goal of this simulation is to be able to practice e-vote procedure and try to foresee any possible problems with the students status regarding the elections system (although non are expected).

If from any reason, you can not see the simulation of the e-vote on the IS, Please contact our IT Dpt. or the election committee as soon as possible.

It is each member’s responsibility to try this simulation and make sure he/she can vote properly.

Duration of the simulation is one week and in the end of it no MIMSA member will be able to claim he/she was not able to vote in the actual elections. (Unless the IT dpt. or elections committee where informed during this simulation period)

In case that somebody has any problem or doubt, they will be invited to come to the MIMSA office to verify that the problem is “real” (it might be not only because somebody wants to cheat, but also due to personal technical difficulties- the user’s own mistake…)

We  would like to point out that all enrolled students will not have ANY problems voting! (but it’s still recommended to try the simulation)

Students that has specific registration problems with the study affairs dpt. might face a problem voting and therefore are requested to contact them to sort the issue.

Students which are not enrolled to the faculty on the General medicine or Dentistry English programs, are officially not MIMSA members (even if it’s a temporary situation until they are re-enrolled), therefore will not be able to vote.
