Dean's barbecue postponed to 26 September

The new academic year starts at Masaryk University due to the unprecedented flood with a one-week postponement of classes, but students will not miss the annual meeting with the leadership of the campus faculties. The deans' barbecue will also take place a week later, meeting on Thursday, September 26, instead of September 19.

The Deans' barbecue is an opportunity to enter the new year in a relaxed mood, which is partly provided by the students themselves in the outdoor areas of the Bohunice campus - there will be reproduced music, leisure sports activities and snacks not only from the barbecue at discounted prices. In recent years, the faculties of medicine, science and sports studies have been joined by the faculty of pharmacy.

During the week, there will be a campus game, Search for the Deans, which will introduce participants to the deans and the campus. Those who successfully make their way through a series of questions to the end of the route and solve the mystery will be entered into a prize draw. The Deans' barbecue is also an opportunity to get to know the deans of each faculty better and perhaps ask questions that you might not otherwise have the courage to ask - you can ask your questions of the dean of any of the participating faculties using the form at this link.
