What experiences make you a great ambassador?
Olá My name is Joana and I’m a 4th-year student and the Portuguese ambassador. I’m from Lisboa, Portugal, a very different place from Brno. Over the years I’ve been in Brno, I’ve gained a lot of experiences that I can share with you as ambassador.
What advice would you give to new students?
One tip that I can give to all freshers coming is to learn how to divide your time! You can have time for everything if you understand that when you’re studying, you’re studying, that way, you’ll have time to enjoy yourselves, to explore the city with your new friends and the surrounding countries!
What do you love most about Brno?
Brno has many good places to just chill and just be with friends. Every corner you’ll find a new cafe, so it’s been hard for me to get a favourite. Also, if you like to travel, you’ll find that it's very easy to do it from Brno since there are buses to many European capitals.
