Ph.D. Day as a starting line for your own research

On Wednesday 14^th September, just after the start of the semester, the traditional PhD Day took place on campus. Although the event is intended for final-year Master's students and first-year Ph.D. students, anyone interested in Ph.D. studies could attend.

The event took place in person this year, and the visitors could consult their questions directly with faculty representatives from both the management and administration, as well as students of specific Ph.D. programmes. Roll-ups showcasing individual doctoral programmes with QR codes to specific doctoral programme websites were placed throughout the campus corridor.

At the beginning of the Ph.D. day, a memorandum of cooperation of campus faculties was formally signed for the field of doctoral studies. The brand new MUNI MENDEL DOCTORANDUS programme was also officially launched.
