Scientific conference at MED MUNI supports students' scientific work

The Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University supports the scientific research activities of its theoretical institutes, laboratories and clinics. One of the many important activities in this direction is the traditional Student Scientific Conference. This event provides a platform for students and young researchers to present their research work and helps to take their careers to the next level.

Scientific results are a key criterion for evaluating universities and faculties and a source of their prestige. Masaryk University stands very well in this area both nationally and internationally. In order to maintain this position, it is important to provide inspiration and support for talented students so that they can work on their research and present their results. The Student Research Conference aims to provide such a platform.

In this year's 67th edition of the conference, which combines both presentation and competition, a total of 35 papers were presented in three sessions. Michal Jurajda, M.D., Ph.D. from the Institute of Pathological Physiology coordinate the conference. The results list is also published on the Student Scientific Conference website.
