Interreg – Calls scheduled for 2022

The approximate dates of calls scheduled for 2022 for Interreg V-A Austria-Czech Republic and Interreg V-A Slovakia-Czech Republic have been announced.

1) Interreg V-A Austria-Czech Republic – call will be launched in mid 2022

Interreg V-A Austria-Czech Republic is part of the European Cohesion Policy and aims to promote sustainable cross-border cooperation and contribute to improving economic, social and territorial integration.
The programme area covers the territory of the regions of Austria (Lower Austria, Vienna, Upper Austria) and the Czech Republic (South Bohemia Region, Vysocina Region and South Moravia Region).

The total ERDF budget for the period 2021-2027 will amount to EUR 86 821 148,-. The maximum ERDF co-financing rate for a project is 80 %.

Priority 1 - Research and Innovation and Priority 3 - Education, Culture and Tourism will be relevant for LF MU.

2) Interreg V-A Slovakia - Czech Republic – call will be launched in autumn 2022

Interreg V-A Slovakia - Czech Republic is part of the European Cohesion Policy and aims to support the improvement of the competitiveness of the common border area, strengthening its cohesion and building an attractive environment.
The programme area will enable support for projects with a positive cross-border impact in the South Moravian, Zlin and Moravian-Silesian regions on the Czech side and in the Trnava, Trencin and Zilina regions on the Slovak side.

The total ERDF budget for the period 2021-2027 will amount to EUR 46 074 742. The maximum ERDF co-financing rate for a project is 80%.

Priority 4 - Education will be relevant for LF MU, focusing on the exchange of knowledge, experience, expertise and best practices between educational institutions at all levels of education from pre-school to higher education.
