Prospective randomised trial compares the results of two surgeries -posterior versus anterior interbody fusion together with posterolateral fusion and transpedicular fixation - with partial or complete reduction in lumbar spondylolisthesis. The results in isthmic and degenerative spondylolisthesis are evaluated by means of clinical, neurological examination and X-rays. We use VAS (visual analog scale) and Oswestry disability index.
