The author submits a controlled randomised study. Its objective is to verify the effectiveness of 2 new therapeutic schedules in the treatment of chronic viral hepatitis C. The study is supported by the Committee of the Czech Hepatology Society. The results of the study will enable detailed of a number of factors which will lead to the optimisation of the selection of the treatment in any individual case of viral hepatitis C.
