Na modelech izolovaných hepatocytů a perfundovaných jater bude studován cytoprotektivní a antifibrotický účinek opticky čistých látek z léčivých rostlin Schizandra chinensis a Silybum marianum, a jejich derivátů s cíleně modifikovanou biodostupností.
