We indend to follow up the frequency of cardiac events in the group of 250-300 patients with chronic CAD and moderate-to-severe left ventricular dysfunction revascularized using coronary artery bypass grafting or coronary angioplasty. The aim of the study is to identify the least amount of dysfunctional but viable myocardium/quantified using dobutamine echocardiography/which is necessary for the significant improvement in patient prognosis. The second aim is to determine the echocardiographic, angiographic, and clinical predictors of survival without cardiac events in the study group.
