A retrospective study of a set of 90 patients with squamous cells carcinoma of Waldayer´s circuit treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy,surgery,irradiation and adjuvant chemotherapy. A paraffine block of tumor biopsy taken before and after chemotherapy is at disposal. Monitoring the changes of the DNA profiel by means of flow cytometry should reveal the suitability of this therapeutical algorithm as well as verify the possibility of applying the DNA profile as a tumor marker in the ENT clinical practice.
