Business Innovation Network – BIN@ is an informal international network of academic and industry partners dedicated to creating a sustainable platform for sharing best practices and raising awareness of opportunities in the world of innovation. BIN@ consists of 37 partner institutions and connects not only academia and industry but also investors, incubators, and agencies that share their expertise and proven strategies. The network operates on principles of open access, mutual collaboration, and university support, with a strong focus on building long-term and reliable partnerships.
The core mission of BIN@ is to facilitate connections between academia and industry across various disciplines and sectors. It promotes research collaboration, technology transfer, and the development of university spin-offs. Additionally, it focuses on strengthening the internationalization of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), helping them expand into new markets.
Through its network, BIN@ creates opportunities for innovation funding, supports entrepreneurial activities, and contributes to the development of regional strategies. By engaging industry partners, it helps bridge the gap between research and commercial application, enhancing both the societal and economic impact of research outcomes.
