Final report from the questionnaire survey of FM MU 2020
Thank you for participating in the FM MU 2020 employee survey, that was conducted this spring, despite the epidemiological situation and the cyber attack on The University Hospital Brno. The results confirmed and completed the outputs of almost 100 workplaces meetings carried out last year by the HR Award team and that brought more than 600 suggestions for improvement.
We are pleased that many of the suggestions received have been resolved on an ongoing basis, namely:
- language support for publishing activities,
- support for the development of pedagogical competences,
- formalization of the Research Group institute,
- creation of the PGS Handbook,
- establishment of the Children's Group.

Our goal is to support quality and inspiring work environment and conditions for the career development of academic and research staff. The final work on documents for the European Commission to obtain the HR Award is currently underway. This created a comprehensive Gap analysis, which resulted in the Action Plan for 2021-25 and is now undergoing an internal approval process.
