New Action Plan: next steps towards 2029
The new Action Plan for 2026–2029 includes 86 measures focused, for example, on:
- further development of support for the research environment
- education and development of both early-career and senior researchers
- digitalisation and simplification of processes
- strengthening an open, inclusive, and collaborative organisational culture
- enhancing the faculty’s social engagement and sustainability
The aim of these measures is to further embed the principles of the HR Award into everyday practice at the Faculty. The full Action Plan is available on the HR Award website.
What comes next
The Faculty is now awaiting feedback from the European Commission and the subsequent scheduling of a Site Visit. During this on-site evaluation, assessors will review how the HRS4R principles are being implemented in practice and how the Faculty continues to develop in this area.
Support and staff involvement
The HR Award also includes a wide range of support for employees and PhD candidates, which is continuously being developed and is available here.
Feedback and suggestions for improving the working environment can be submitted here.
Staff can also get involved in the implementation process through the HR Award working group.
We would like to thank all employees for their cooperation and valuable input, which contribute to the ongoing development of the Faculty’s HR strategy at the FM MU.
