All these changes are aimed at making the working environment at the Faculty modern, transparent and supportive. Thanks to the digitalisation of administrative processes and new adaptation mechanisms, employees have access to simpler and more efficient tools to make their work easier. Improvements in performance appraisals will allow for a fairer and clearer remuneration system, while strengthened safety measures and social support will provide greater security and protection in a variety of work and personal situations.
