Employees of the Faculty of Medicine who use the Employee Evaluation application in IS MU for annual assessments now have access to a new video guide.
This guide provides useful information about the entire evaluation process from the perspective of the evaluated employee. It explains each phase, helps with navigation in the application, and includes instructions for working with individual forms. Special emphasis is placed on setting clear goals, which are a key part of the evaluation process.
The video also contains contact details for colleagues from the HR Department and IS MU technical support, who can assist employees in case of any uncertainties. We recommend watching the guide before starting the evaluation process to ensure a smooth experience.
The video guide is available on the Document Server in IS MU, where employees can also find a supplementary PDF manual.
Currently, the evaluation process in the application is conducted at Administrative Departments, Specialized Facilities, and Centers of Excellence at the Faculty of Medicine. It involves department heads as evaluators, their subordinates as evaluated employees, and the HR Department.
The purpose of the evaluation is to compare expected and actual employee performance. A well-structured evaluation system can help identify obstacles to professional growth, provide valuable feedback, and support reward planning, training, and career development.
Department heads are encouraged to contact Mgr. Gabriela Tomaštíková or Mgr. et Mgr. Markéta Havelková for support with the evaluation process.
Please note that the application and video guide is currently available only in Czech.
