The course is intended (not only) for doctoral students who are considering a career outside academia.
Register for the BIOTOP (BIOtech Talks to PhD) course, which will be offered again in the upcoming autumn semester.
BIOTOP is a seminar series designed to bridge the gap between academia and industry and to present a variety of career opportunities in the Life Sciences. Our invited speakers are scientists who started their careers in academia and later transitioned to research and development positions in private sector companies, either in the Czech Republic or abroad.
The course consists of 3–4 seminars during the semester and is worth 2 ECTS credits. While BIOTOP is primarily intended for PhD students, participants from all disciplines and career stages are welcome to join.
If you are interested in attending, please register for the course no later than July 31. Early registration is important as it helps us plan the programme and ensure that the course can be opened.
