Here is an overview of the most interesting achievements in science and research at our faculty leading up to the summer break.
Researchers from FM MU received the Career Restart internal grant
Two scientists from the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University have succeeded in the internal grant competition Career Restart. This grant is intended for scientists who have interrupted their research career, for example due to parental leave or other reasons. The financial support is intended to facilitate their return to a scientific career.
The grant was open for applications from 9 September to 18 October 2024. Selected applicants will receive funding of 500,000 crowns per year for two years. Further information about this form of support can be found on the GAMU website, Career Restart category.
Two female scientists were supported from the Faculty of Medicine of MU:
- RNDr. Monika Kratochvílová, Ph.D. from the Department of Physiology,
- Mgr. Lenka Paštěková, Ph.D. from the David Šmajs Research Group (Department of Biology).
