Faculty of Medicine aims to improve the care of academics and researchers and to create conditions that ensure a professional, open and ethical work environment. To find out your needs and identify priorities, was created an anonymous questionnaire, which was sent to all researchers and academics in April. The collection of answers was completed on 25 May 2020. Thank you all, who took the time to evaluate the current support of science, research, teaching and expressed their opinion on the necessary changes.
You will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the results during the summer. The outputs will be used to process the long-term plan of the Faculty of Medicine, Masaryk University in the field of care for academic and research staff according to the standards of good practice in foreign institutions (HRS4R methodology) and to obtain the prestigious HR Award.
What did last year bring, and what is in the pipeline for HR Award activities in 2024? The HR Award Action Plan implementation phase is in progress; together, we have already implemented many important tasks, and more are expected this year. Here is a summary of what has been achieved and what we will continue to focus on at the Faculty.
We invite you to another Brunch for Expat Women in Czech Science, which we decided to organize in cooperation with Hyb4City after increasing requests. The event will take place on May 7, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at the Kampus Hybernská, and advance registration for the event is required. The invitation was accepted by Zsófia Csajbók, PhD, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Humanities, Charles University, Prague, who will be a guest speaker at this event.
