The audit took place from March to July 2021. It consisted of a quantitative and qualitative analysis of equal opportunities and working conditions at the Faculty of Medicine, Masaryk University.
Gender audit was prepared by the HR Award team and was led by Vice-Dean Mgr. Jana Fialová, Ph.D., with the support of the Dean and the methodological support of the Rector's Office of Masaryk University. The data for statistical analysis were prepared by individual Dean's Office departments of the FM MU and the Rector's Office MU. Statistical support was provided by RNDr. Jiří Jarkovský, Ph.D., from the Institute of Biostatics and Analysis of the FM MU and the processing of the outputs of the HR Award questionnaire survey for the purposes of gender audit took place in cooperation with Mgr. Ing. Tomáš Doseděl, Ph.D. Expert consultations, individual interviews and the implementation of focus groups were provided by the external organization Gender Information Center NORA, o. P. S., Under the guidance of senior consultant Mgr. Kateřina Hodická.
At the moment, the final approval of faculty documents and proposals for measures is taking place at the faculty and university level.
