In September 2022, Professor Ophir Klein, a leading American expert on tooth development, as well as stem cells, craniofacial development and cell signalling, gave a lecture at MU Faculty of Medicine.

Some of the most deleterious stimuli that can compromise genome integrity and lead to cancer development include physical interruptions to both DNA strands, called double-strand breaks (DSBs).
