| Description | Diary of nursing practice – Logbook – is issued within the key project activities OPVK “Improvement of Teaching in Intensive care field of study through his innovations.” Diary is divided into four parts. The first part deals with the rules of conduct for nursing practice, the basic requirements for receipt of services and the evaluation criterion for student nurses. The second section of the diary is intended for full-time study students and the third part is intended for part time study students in Intensive Care. The fourth part of the diary consists from attachments, where the classification codes of ethics, patient rights and evaluation and measuring scale for patient is presented. |
