Description For trauma patients was scored over time, a number of systems. The most commonly used for: * Standardized classification of the severity of the condition; * Standardized assessment of prognosis; * Assessment of the disease; * Support decisions for individual patients. The following list are the most important of them: Revised Trauma Score (RTS), Injury Severity Score (ISS), Trauma Associated Severe Hemorrhage (TASH), NACA, Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS), Simply Triage and Rapid Treatment (START).
