Description Adrenal hemorrhage is a relatively uncommon condition in neonates. Usually is adrenal hemorrhage asymptomatic and diagnosed accidentally. Abdominal ultrasono-graphy should be performed to determine adrenal hemorrhage in newborns with scrotal swelling or bluish inguinoscrotal discoloration.
