| Description | XVII. Brno geriatric day for geriatricians, internists, general practitioners and paramedical stuff with international participation will be held on 11th March 2015 in the cinema auditorium of the University Hospital Brno - Bohunice. This conference, as in previous years, has the postgraduate educational character. The main topics of the scientific program are lectures dealing with specifics of cardiovascular diseases in old age; lectures dealing with the problems of diabetes, thyroid disorders and wound healing in terms of both the surgeon and geriatrician. Attention is also paid to geriatric frailty, advances in rheumatology and polyfarmacotherapy problem. |
