Description View to solving retroperitoneal bleeding in patients high age should be strictly individual, with regard to the co-morbidity of the patient, age, stability and fragility. It is essential to prevent bleeding during the administration of anticoagulant therapy for seniors. During acute decompensation clinical condition includes both accented appropriate monitoring coagulation parameters and assess the risk of bleeding (eg. Using a HAS-BLED score). Bleeding complications in the elderly increases not only the overall morbidity and mortality, but cause substantial deterioration of physical and psychological deterioration. Their result may be threatened by the so-called senior. "Failure to Thrive".
