Description Most practitioners were in the operating theater many years ago. Since then, not only performance types and anesthesia have changed, but many techniques have changed. On the other hand, patients who have not been considered at all for their polymorbidity previously have surgery. GPs come to pre-operative examination and / or medication adjustments in order to optimize health status before surgery. After surgery, they return to the surgery and expect the physician to respond appropriately to the specialist's appointment and to the changes induced by the body by surgery. The aim of this book is to instruct physicians about the requirements of current preoperative preparation, to outline the operation of the central operating theaters of large hospitals, to show the current operation with an emphasis on new surgical techniques at the most frequent outcomes and to illuminate anesthesia practices in broader contexts related to the patient's medical condition before surgery. The book also points to the need for intensive post-operative care for some patients, and illuminates the requirements with which the patient returns to the ambulance after being released from the hospital.
