| Description | At the beginning of the workshop were introduced basic nursing knowledge needed to perform respiratory system procedures in patients on mechanical ventilation. The procedures are explained as prevention of ventilator-associated pneumonia. The workshop is divided into four groups. Every group was practiced mouthcare, subglotic drainage, suctioning with open and closed suction system and tracheostomycare. |
