| Description | The paper presents the results of treatment of 30 patients with residuals symptoms of clinical depression with paroxetine and mirtazapine in a double-blind study with monitoring of CYP 2D6.The results of the study show that as to the current tolerance of treatment by CYP 2D6 inhibitors,it is rather the value of metabolic phenotype than the genetically determined CYP 2D6 capacity taht has informative value. |
