Description Cytoskeleton was studied by indirect immunofluorescence and transmision electron microscopy. This system is very complicated particularly in the cortical region with specific microtubular net. There is also dense fibrilar layer 1-6 micrometers under the surface. Its fibrils remembre intermediate filaments. On the begining of encystation the surface rifling andregular microtubular arrangement disappear, cilia are lost and kinetosomes disolve. The dense fibrilar layer remains present durin first stages of encystation but located deeper under the surface.
