Description The behavioural part of experiment showed stimulatory influence of methamphetamine (Met) after the acute administration and development of sensitization to Met after repeated treatment. Real-time PCR results showed increased D1 mRNA expression after Met first dose followed by further increase after the last dose of repeated treatment.
