Description The study evaluates the impact of electromyostimulation on hemoglobin content in lower limb muscles in patients after chronic ischemic heart failure. The results indicate important statistically significant improvement of oxygen supply of stimulated muscles after 6 weeks of stimulation. Electromyostimulation could be considered very beneficial for functional improvement and also for improvement of oxygen utilization in patients with heart failure.
