Description BBS is less frequent but potentionally serious complication of Percutaneus endoscopic gastrostomy. We present case report of two patients in whom BBS was diagnosed by means of X ray and endoscopy. In both cases original gastrostomy was rugically removed and clasical gastrostomy was performed.
