Description Dyspeptic syndrome is a frequent cause for senior hospitalization. This case report describes the 70 years old man hospitalized because of repeated acute dyspeptic difficulties. The aneurysm of abdominal aorta was found - the lenght was 12.5 cm and the diameter was 7.5 cm. The abdominal vacsular surgery was successful and dyspapsia disappeared.
