Description Central giant cell granuloma (CGCG) is a benign lesion of the jaws although sometimes it can be locally aggressive. CGCG commonly occurs in children and young adults. The traditional treatment of CGCG involves surgery ranging from single enucleation to en bloc resection, which often leads to mutilation of patients. An alternative method is intralesional injection of corticosteroid, which we successfully used in treatment of 15 years old patient with large lesion so the patient didn't have to undergo partial resection of mandible.
