Description The aim of the study is the application of infrared thermography as another possible diagnostic imaging methods in examination of the lower limbs. Clinical measurements were made for several groups of the patients. In the first case in evaluation of the revascularization in lower limb (LL), there were examined 21 patients. There was evaluated the change of the temperature of LL and its correlation with the index ankle-brachial values (ABI). Another clinical examinations were made as a complementary method to the vascular-surgery examination, where 53 patients were examined. We examined the relationship between tangible pulsations on arteries and the temperature of the feet. The temperature rise was observed on average in all groups of patients. The revascularization process and quality of the pulsations on LL affect the surface temperature of the LL.
