Description We are reporting the rare case of median arcuate ligament syndrome manifestation after laparoscopic cholecystectomy in a 47-year-old women referred from gynecology department. She suffered from abdominal pain, nausea, lack of appetite and weight loss of 5 kg, which started after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. After complex examination Dunbar syndrome (median arcuate ligament syndrome or celiac artery compression syndrome) was diagnosed. The patient was treated by surgical transection of median arcuate ligament with immediate symptomatic relief.
