| Description | Pressure ulcers on the heels are a serious problem for which specific preventive measures must be applied. Among them, nursing interventions based on clinical evidence play an important role. Interventions should be implemented and implemented with regard to the individual risk of pressure ulcers, including the assessment of significant clinical risk factors. The conclusions of international studies focused on the prevention of heel lesions and effective strategies for their prevention will be mentioned. |
