| Description | The seminar is intended for pharmacists as part of their whole-life education.The seminar is dedicated to the pharmaceutical care of patients with anticoagulant therapy, focusing on new oral anticoagulants. The indications of these drugs, their pharmacokinetic parameters in relation to the influence on clinical efficacy, their dosage, contraindications and possible drug interactions will be discussed. Furthermore, the seminar will focus on the role of the pharmacist in contributing to the elimination of risks in treatment, the patient's information cards will be discussed. |
