Description	*PredictSNP Onco 1.0 is a unique web server for the analysis of the effects of mutations on proteins that are frequently altered in various cancer types. The server is designed to assess the impact of mutations on the sequential and structural properties of a protein and apply a virtual screening method to identify potential inhibitors using the drug repurposing strategy for possible treatment. PredictSNP Onco relies on predictions of state-of-the-art computational tools combined with information obtained from established and reliable databases. The server is freely available for the medical community at https://loschmidt.chemi.muni.cz/predictsnp-onco.
