Description CBP is a transcription coactivator that can interact with many transcription factors and modify their transactivation capabilities. We inducibly expressed human CBP in the line of v-myb-transformed chicken monoblasts BM2. We found that CBP modifies the response of BM2 cells to differentiation idnucers as phorbol ester TPA and trichostatin A.
