Description Morphology of the actin cytoskeleton during apoptosis associated with the process of induced differentiation was studied on P19 and HL-60 cell lines using transmission electron microscopy, epifluorescence and confocal microscopy. Actin cytoskeleton underwent specific alterations and rearrangements during the apoptotic process. These structural changes are common for the apoptotic cell death, play the active role in the morphological features of apoptosis and they are independent on the course of differentiation associated with apoptosis induction.
