| Description | The very unpleasant complication at varicous veins operation is damage of n.saphemus. Anatomical studies attemps to explore the close link between n.saphenus and v.saphena magna. The findings of anatomical studi conducted on 86 cadaveous limbs as in macroscopical as microscopical level. The distance of the nerve from the vein was smaller in thedistal part of the shin. The damage ofn.saphenus can be predictet according to the tighter or looser relationship between vein and nerve. |
