| Description | The author describes in her review a case of a patient who suffered from a generalized form of the aggressive periodontitis and furthermore she describes observation of the case in following of seven years. She analyses historical, clinical and radiographic findings and evaluates results of diagnostic tests for detection periopathogens and for genetic risk. She describes proposed treatment, its complicated progress and its results. Finally she determinates a functional diagram to identify patient's specific risk of a disease progression in order to make corresponding recommendation to prevent further attachment loss. |
