| Description | The paper reports on the placement of the working channels, auxiliary minithoracotomies, the patient s position, the positions of the four-arm body of the da Vinci robotic system, and particularly the technique of lobectomy. We want to show the view of technical performance of anatomic pulmonary resections- quick and successful substitution of the tactile perception for the more perfect visual perception(3D). These technique is commonly lacked due to high optical quality(3D) and movement possibility of endoscopic tools. There wasn t used any blunt dissection with tampon, which is frequently used in open and thoracoscopic procedures In our institution, 4 robot-assisted lobectomies were performed No serious complications were observed during the surgery or in the postoperative period |
