Description Authors report about the effect of the peroperative ultrasound examination during VATS et VMS. In the VATS is mostly used the ultrasound examination for the localisation of the small pulmonary lesion. The peroperative ultrasound localisation of the small lesion can substitute the other methods – methyl blue or metallic makring. The relationship of the coil lesion, pulmonary, esophageal and mediastinal tumor with the surrounding tissue can be diagnosed too. The benefit of the ultrasound examination during the VMS is precise anatomical aspect. Is necessary to know the position of the big mediastinal vessel structure. The correct anatomical configuration in the mediastinal space has to be known. The selection of the suspect pathological mediastinal tissue, lymphatic nodes is possible too. Authors present theirs experience of this peroperative imaging method, dates of the patients. The illuminating peroperative images are presented in this paper.
